She was predeceased by: her husband Earl German; her son F. L. Phillips; and her grandsons, Johnny and Charles Litton. She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Saffrahn (Robert); her granddaughter Carrie Litton; her great grandchildren, Stephanie, Jenise, Justin, Harley and Peyton; and her siblings, Steven Carroll (Linda), Clarence Carroll and Louise Lowe. She is also survived by five great-great-grandchildren.
