He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Diana Garcia (Raymond), Luis Garcia (Laurie) and Debbie Garcia Nowlin; his grandchildren, Brittanie Koenemann (Kris), Blake Temple (Haley), Carolina Parker (George), Jackson Nowlin (Macy), Matthew Nowlin and Michael Garcia; and his great grandchildren, George, Carolina, Will and Miles. He is also survived by many loving brothers, sisters, nieces, nephews.
