He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Kinyan Kerley, Jr. and Mary Alice McKemie Kerley; and his grandson Devin Hodges Freeman. He is survived by: his wife Brenda M. Kerley; his children, Scarlet Watson (Jed), Sheilah Kerley (Kathy) and Jennifer Beckman Freeman; his granddaughters, Chandler and Olivia Freeman; and his siblings, Juanita Kerley Avery (Darrell), Dwayne Kerley and Bob Steven Kerley (Teresa). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
