We are sad to announce that on October 20, 2019, at the age of 80, Marie Ann Lavalley Karlson (Huntsville, Alabama), born in Minneapolis, Minnesota passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Fallstrom LaValley and Charles LaValley; and her sister Vicki. She is survived by: her significant other William John Karlson; her children, Keith Karlson and Karin Slayton; and her son-in-law Tracy Slayton. She is also survived by extended family and friends.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
