He is survived by: his wife Amanda; his children, Emmalee and Ryan of Decatur; his sister Suzanne Anthony of Cleveland, Ohio; and his nieces and nephews, Jacob, Tiana Anthony, Spencer, Kyle Holsinger and Martha Morales.
