He is survived by: his wife Sylvia; his children, Angela Whitener (David), Stephanie Zachman (William) and Mickey Congo, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lillie, Maddie, Jackson, Addison and William; and his brothers, Richard Congo (Terrie) and Mark Congo (Lisa).
