He is survived by: his sons, Phillip J. Stephens of Hazel Green and David M. Stephens (Jenny) of Hazel Green; his grandchildren, Clayton J. Stephens (Morgan), Lacey Stephens Sisk (Jason), Annie L. Stephens Malo (Christopher) and Haley B. Stephens McConnell (Caleb); and his great grandchildren, Landon B. Stephens, Kamryn E. Stephens, Chase Sisk, Braydon J. Sisk, Leah P. Sisk, Delilah J. McConnell and Collins J. McConnell.
