She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert and Betty; and her stepdaughter Debbie Dowell. She is survived by: her husband Fay J. Dowell; her brother Timothy Snitger (Sharon); and her stepchildren, Beckie Dowell and Ricky Dowell.
