He is survived by: his parents, Karen Pannell (Dwain) and Larry Woods; his grandmothers, Wanda Oates and Grace Pannell; his siblings, Sarah Mullinax-Yell (Ryan), Jerad Woods (Whitney), Dwain Pannell (Jocelyn) and Keith McWhorter; and his children, Charley Jay Hill and Scott Thomas Collin Poling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
