He was predeceased by: his parents, Commodore Elliott and Betty Jo Elliott; and his sister Ruby Neal Poorbagher. He is survived by: his wife Oksana Elliott; his daughter Crystal Hinton (David); his stepchildren, Aleksandra Khashirskih (Maxim) and Igor Ansonov; his grandchildren, William Hinton, Vladislav Khashirskih, Destiny Hinton and Viktoria Khashirskih; and his sisters, Inette Baker (Earl), Dale Shamsa (Amir), Audrey Key (Bob), Darlene Wilks (Billy), Nena Shams (Habib) and Leslie Moore (Travis).
Instead of flowers, the family would like to ask for mementos and such to be given to his wife, Oksana Elliott.
