She was predeceased by: her parents, Clara Bridges Elledge and William Elledge; and her siblings, Shirley Elledge Allen, James Elledge and Rex Elledge.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Guthrie Fraley of Mountain Brook; her son-in-law John Fraley; her granddaughter Katie Fraley Warren (Thomas); her great grandchild Max; her granddaughter Jessica Abston (Wills); her son Thomas Holmes Guthrie Jr. of Athens, Alabama.; her daughter-in-law Mary Priest Guthrie; and her grandchildren, Jordann Marie Pester and Thomas Holmes Guthrie III. She is also survived by one nephew, nine nieces, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family ask that donations be made to the Huntsville Museum of Art.
