We are sad to announce that on June 14, 2023, at the age of 49, Patrick Polk of Huntsville, Alabama passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, L. B. Lamons, Pauline Lamons, Charlie and Pauline Polk; and his uncle Gene Paul Polk.
He is survived by: his daughter Harper Emory Polk; his parents, Rick Polk and Sherry Polk; his sisters, Paulette Polk-Scanlan (Peter Scanlan) of Belmont, MA and Paige Mastro (Patrick Griffin) of Portsmouth, RI; his nieces, Abigail, Caroline Scanlan, Emery and Riley Mastro; and his uncles, Reggie Lamons and Philip Polk.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Greater Huntsville Humane Society, 2812 Johnson Road, Huntsville, AL 35805.
