He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Pennington and Maxine Pennington; and his wife Marjorie Mae Ball. He is survived by: his brother Chuck Pennington (Marilyn) of Fort Smith, Arkansas; his sons, David Pennington (Roxanne) of Huntsville and Bruce Pennington of Grovetown, Georgia; his grandchildren, Eric Alexander Pennington of Milton and Rachel Harden (Ty) of Augusta, Georgia; his nephews, Chris Snell (Chelsea) of Fort Smith and David A. Pennington (Kerri) of Bentonville, Arkansas; and his great grandchild Sy'nia.
