She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Weaver and Marguerete Louise Holder; and her sister Justine Ramona Weaver. She is survived by: her husband Roy Harrell Phillips; her daughter Elizabeth Amy Phillips Bowman (Gene); and her grandson Zachary Andrew Bowman.
