She was predeceased by: her husband Sonny Austin; her parents, Ernest and Pearl; her sisters, Joan and Louise; and her great-niece Morgan.

She is survived by: her son Jay (Lena); her granddaughters, Maddie Jayne, Jessie and Hannah; her brother Bob (Glenda); and her sister-in-law Wanda (Glenn). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
