She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover Isbell and Ruby Isbell; and her daughter Wendy Michelle Smith. She is survived by: her husband Garry Smith; her daughter Sandy Rodriguez; her grandchildren, James Rodriguez and Madelyn Rodriguez; and her siblings, Larry Isbell (Deborah) and Darlene Powell (Rodger). She is also survived by five nieces; one nephew; two great-nieces, and five great-nephews.
