He is survived by: his wife Delilah A Parsons; his children, Arthur E Parsons (Kathy), Jeffrey B Parsons (Beth), Kathleen F Carlin, DeEtta L Collier, Penny L Green and Wanda L Wallace (Robert); his grandchildren, Christopher J Parsons (Lydia), Ashley A Trainer (Tiffany), Felicia I Kruse (Mitch), Allison R Smith, Nathaniel L Green (Brittany), Megan E Green, Scott D Parsons, Jared M Parsons (Shelby Ann), Tyler R Carlin and Trevor T Carlin (Miranda); and his great grandchildren, Simone T Parsons, Emma J Parsons, Eli M Parsons, Veronica G Green, Jayden Parsons, Finley Parsons, Greyson M Parsons, Chase R Parsons, Lucas Parsons, Gage A Burgamy and Graves P Burgamy.
