She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Holman and Lee Holman; her sister Elah StClair; her brother-in-law Bill; her brother Paul Holman; her sister-in-law Vera; and her daughter-in-law Lydia Lawler Tanley.

She is survived by: her children, Richard Tanley of New Market and Gayle Milton of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Kris Tanley (Kinzi) of Trussville, Hannah Holland (Trent) of Trussville and Kasie Barber (Andrew) of Huntsville; her great grandchildren, Harrison Tanley, Kate Holland, Emma Barber, Oliva Tanley, Samuel Holland and Jack Holland; and her sister Jean Allen of Huntsville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
