He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis F. Foster Jr. and Lois Vaughn Foster. He is survived by: his children, Ryan of Fort Payne, Blaine of Fort Payne, Amy of Fort Payne and Leslie Foster (Colin) of Fort Payne; his grandchildren, Aubrey Parker, Owen Foster, David, Ben, Jacob Smith and Kathryn Foster; and his sister Susan F. Wingard (Rick) of Spanish Fort.
