He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Lester Hornsby and Helen Williams Hornsby; and his siblings, Homer Ray Hornsby and Elizabeth Hornsby Gouge. He is survived by: his sons, Ralph W. Hornsby, Jr. (Betty) and John D. Hornsby (Anna); his grandchildren, Sarah Coleman Hornsby, Caroline Bishop Hornsby and Ralph W. Hornsby III; and his brother Roy Lester Hornsby.
The family suggests in lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to The Episcopal Church of the Nativity.
