She was predeceased by: her husband Horton Webb. She is survived by: her children, Jean Webb Phillips (Mark), Pamela A. Rogers (Brady) and Gary H. Webb; her grandchildren, Crystal, Christopher, Caitlin, Anna and Garrett; her brother Frank L. Ferguson (Dolores); her nephew Todd Ferguson (Rhonda); and her niece Jyl Ferguson.
Memorials may be made to Reba's favorite charitable organizations, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, South Huntsville Public Library on Bailey Cove, and the Huntsville Botanical Garden.
