She is survived by: her husband Tommy Hill; her children, Charles Thomas Hill (Penny Carlson Hill) and Natalie Hill Frazier (Henry Buchanan Frazier); her grandchildren, Jonathan Thomas Frazier (Lindsay), Rebecca Ann Frazier-Smith (Mark), Jacob Tyler Frazier, Charles Thomas Hill, Carley Hill Rodriguez (Jordan) and William Carlson Hill (Mae); her great grandchildren, Harrison Smith, Lucy Ann Frazier, Barrett Frazier, Elliot Frazier and Mila Rodriguez; and her brothers, Clarence Edward Newbern (Sharon) and Gerald Lane Newbern.
