She was predeceased by: her parents, Ethel Hilton Sims and Coleman Livingston Sims; her son Thomas Coleman Owens; her granddaughter Jenny SuAnn Owens; her sisters, Judy Harbin and Cathy McKelvey; and her brother-in-law Don Harbin.
She is survived by: her sons, Calvin "Pete" Owens (Carol) and John Clayton Owens (Faye); her daughter-in-law Cheryl Owens; her grandchildren, Kenneth Owens, John Owens, Greg Owens, Jordan NeSmith, Jennifer McGee and Tisha Johnson; her great grandchildren, Hunter Owens, Morgan Owens, Taylor Woodall, Hannah Eads, Alexis Eldridge, Ryan Sheedy, Aiden Johnson, Trinity Johnson, Arabella Johnson and Jaxtyn NeSmith; and her nephews, Norman McKelvey (Kelly) and Rodney Reyna (Rebbeca).
