It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reuben Carroll of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Arab, Alabama, who passed away on December 28, 2023, at the age of 102, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Annie D. Carroll; his parents, Simon Peter Carroll and Mattie Alice Cowart Carroll; and his siblings, Alton, Joseph, Jack Carroll and Lois Blake (Ora Isbell).
He is survived by: his children, Barry Lynn Carroll of Vinemont, Robert Neil Carroll of Huntsville, Alabama and Rhonda Ritter of Huntsville, Alabama. He is also survived by five grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Shriners Children's Hospital.
