We are sad to announce that on March 25, 2022, at the age of 77, Richard Eldon Deal of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Ames, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Frances "Pearl" Deal. He is survived by: his wife Bernadette Deal of Huntsville, Alabama; his children, Brian Deal of Colo, Iowa, Julie Nelson of Surprise, Arizona, Tracey Hudgins of Oneonta, Alabama and Mark Deal of Memphis Tennessee; his siblings, Roger Deal of Nevada, Iowa and Janet Gluck of Ames Iowa; and his grandchildren, Harley Hansen, Lacey Deal, Jacob Deal, Autumn Scirocco, Chloe Nelson, Mattie Nelson, Ashtyn Nelson, Isaac Hudgins, Jamin Hudgins, Elyana Hudgins and Owen Deal. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research.
