He is survived by: his wife Sadie Amis; his children, John Amis (Lori) and Carol Calvert (Mike); his grandchildren, Ben Calvert (Jess), Joe Calvert (Jen), Brooke Calvert, Codie Ann Amis and Courtney Amis; and his great grandchildren, Parker, Hannah, Shelby, James and Jack Calvert.
