With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert F Shipman Jr. (Huntsville, Alabama), born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on March 17, 2018 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his children, George Robert Shipman and Elizabeth Alm; his son-in-law James Alm; and his sisters, Zora Robbins of Mt, Holly and Charlene Shipman of Charlotte. He is also survived by 2 nieces and many wonderful friends.

Donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Hospice of North Alabama.
