He is survived by: his mother Joanne Boster; his stepfather Donald Boster; his father Michael C. Meadows; his siblings, Jon M. Meadows of Huntsville, Carey Meadows of Tuscaloosa and Angela Seagle (Wayne) of Tuscaloosa; and his aunt Mary Jane Avans of Atlanta. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
