He is survived by: his wife Susan Mullard; his daughters, Diane Clements (Andrew), Ruth Mullard, Janice Mullard, Mary Latorre (Frankie) and Amber Fisher (Daniel); his grandchildren, Bria Daniels, Frankie Latorre III, Miriam Clements, Alex Latorre and Cayson Latorre; and his siblings, Alvin Mullard, Paul Mullard, Elmer Mullard, Joyce Cherry, Karen Kesti and Shirley Smith. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
