She was predeceased by: her parents, Thelma Carter Schild and Henry Jacob Schild; her husband Thomas Westmoreland Witt; her sisters, Marion Schild Bates and Jane Schild Davis; and her nephew Joseph Henry Davis.
She is survived by: her nieces, Kathy Davis Bevans (Fred) of Wilmington, DE, Rebecca Bates Umbaugh (Bill) of Big Canoe, GA and Jenny Bates Halsey (Tom) of Big Canoe, GA; her nephew Marty Davis (Huntsville); and her great-nieces, Katie Bevans Patterson and Molly Bevans Van Sickle. She is also survived by 2 great great nieces and 2 great great nephews.
In lieu of flowers please make contributions in Rosa's name to the Presbyterian Children's Home in Alabama 905 Gertrude Michaels Dr, Talladega, AL 35160 Graveside services will be held at the Athens City Cemetery Sunday, May 30th at 4PM.
