We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Roscoe F. Bertus Jr. of Huntsville, Alabama. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe F. Bertus, Sr. and Derial McAnally Bertus; his siblings, Brenda Kay Bertus McAnally and Charles; his nephews, Jerry Wayne McAnally, Jr., Timothy Bertus and Keith Bertus, Jr.; and his pets, Casey and Molly.
He is survived by: his wife Jana Howard Bertus; his daughter Stacey Lynn Thomas (Eddie); his grandchildren, Kourtney Hindman (Joe) and Taylor Fulmer (Kylie); his great grandchildren, Nora, Cohen, Jase, Maelynn, Victoria and Hayes; his brother Keith Bertus (late Cathy Bertus); and his sister-in-law Janie Bertus. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Berryhill Funeral Home Chapel (2305 Memorial Pkwy NW, Huntsville, AL 35810).
Per Roscoe's wish, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or any no-kill animal shelters.
