With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Samantha Elizabeth Paxton (Huntsville, Alabama), born in Birmingham, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2025 at the age of 38. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, James Tucker and Gloria Paxton; and her uncles, Danny Russell and David Paxton. She is survived by: her sons, William Van Howard and Bodie Bennett Howard; her fiancé Kyle Howard; her parents, Anita Giles (Tom) of Huntsville and Thomas Paxton (Chryl) of Cleveland, AL; her grandparents, Ann Tucker of Carbon Hill and Roy Paxton of Vincent; her aunts, Denise Rollo (Wayne) and Debra Russell of Cullman; her uncle Greg Tucker of Birmingham; and her cousins, Gerald, Ashley, Valorie, Kelley, Seth, Jaimie, Haley, John David, Kyle, Stone, Beth, Holden, William, Robert, Margie and Miles.

She gave others life, her final gift so grand, Through organ donation, she lent a helping hand.
