Sandra Sue Dawson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Sue Dawson of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Harrisburg, Illinois, who passed away on May 7, 2023, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jerry Dawson; her parents, James Howton and Lillian Howton; her siblings, Kenneth Howton, Norma Rains (Jerry Owen Dawson), Verna Angell, Robert Howton, Margaret Prehn, James Howton, Kathleen Billingsley and Michael Howton; and her great grandchildren, Wyatt and Henry Moon.
She is survived by: her brothers, Stanley, Gary and Gerald Howton; her daughters, Susan Moon (Joseph) and Kathryn Knickrehm (James); her grandchildren, Mark Moon (Melanie), Rick Moon (Jessica), Jessica Hall (Drew) and Dustin Knickrehm (Lauren); and her great grandchildren, Annabelle Moon, Russell Moon, Natalie Moon, Candace Moon, Lily Hall, Colton Hall and Robert James Knickrehm. She is also survived by seven brothers, four sisters, and dozens of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Aldersgate UMC Children's Ministry.
