He was predeceased by: his parents, Shelby Paul Holman and Mildred Elizabeth Locke Holman; and his sister Barbara Holman Reed. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Holman; and his children, David Mark Holman (Lisa), Richard Scott Holman (Elizabeth), Tracy Paul Holman (Penny) and Jodi Lynn Anderson (Arthur). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces.
