He is survived by : his wife Diann Adams; his daughter Ginger Southard (Steve); his grandson Tyler Southard; his brothers-in-law, Art Sims (Susan) and Milton Davis; his siblings, Pat Sartain (Arnold), Perry Adams (Delanna) and Kenny Adams (Marie); and his sister-in-law Vicky Adams. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
