She is survived by: her daughters, Dawn Pettengill of Stevenson and Holly Womack of Huntsville; and her siblings, Bonnie Martin of Jensen Beach, Nancy Whitson of Salem, Beverly Tilford of Martinsonville and Larry Goen of Filmore, Indiana..
