With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley Veronica McGetrick Williams of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on November 25, 2022 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, James McGetrick and Clara McGetrick; and her sisters, Barbara Jane Murphy, Claire Packard and Joan Kathleen Sherrick.
She is survived by: her husband Charles Ailon Williams; her children, Deborah Ann Harwell, James Powell Williams and Elizabeth Kimberly Fugitt; her grandchildren, Lana Claire Harwell and Christian Alexander Fugitt; and her sister Nancy Ann Flood.
