He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Peters and Lillian Peters; his brothers, Richard (Dick) and Stuart; and his siblings-in-law, Elsa and Shirley.
He is survived by: his wife MaryEllen Guckian Peters; his children, Cindi Peters Tanner of Huntsville, Brian Steven Peters (Stephanie) of Franklin, TN and Kevin John Peters (Jesse) of Richmond, VA; and his grandchildren, Jocelyn Marie Tanner, Oliver Brian Peters, Adeline Jenna Peters, Emily Margaret Peters, Miles Kevin Peters, Flynn Grayson Tanner and Maren Belle Peters.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church (625 Airport Rd SW, Huntsville, AL 35802). A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
