He is survived by: his friend Carrie; his wife Carrie Alderfer; his children, Rigel and Carson; his parents, Steven Mustaikis and Nancy Mustaikis (Hilton); and his sister Heather Hendrickson (Mustaikis). He is also survived by parents, siblings and their families; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
