He is survived by: his wife Brenda Ivey Heatherly; his children, Ted Heatherly, Devra Jone and Dee Ann Momeni; and his siblings, Paul Heatherly and Mary Heatherly. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
