He is survived by: his wife Theresa Robinson Schupp McGinness; his children, Cliff McGinness (Haley), Charlie McGinness (Courtnay) of Chattanooga, TN and Julie Pierce (Joey); and his sisters, Karen Rhodes (Jim) of Guntersville and Joanne McCormack (Tom) of Sparta, TN. He is also survived by ten grandchildren.
