He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie C. Hughes and Louise Cook Hughes; and his wife Shirley Hughes. He is survived by: his children, Tammy Moina (Jose), Cynthia R. Surber, Keith Hughes (Margarta), Terry Silas (Melissa) and Chris Hughes. He is also survived by Fourteen Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren.
