She is survived by: her husband David Kelley; her parents, Chris Ford and Tina Creque (Pitts); her parents-in-law, David Kelley Sr and Melba Kelley; her sisters, Ashley Ford, Kimberly Ford, Kasey Creque, Destiny Creque and Lashay Clark; and her grandparents, Clyde, Donnie Schultz, Gary, Darlene Pitts and Sandy Hood. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
