She is survived by: her sons, Glen Richard (Cynthia), Gary Lee (Julie), Todd Leslie (Karen) and Tracy Jon (Brenda); her grandchildren, Carina, Michael, Kyle, Geneva, Morgan, Lauren, Chad, Casey, Jake and Carley; her siblings, Betty Bourn (Ivan) and Karl Kostenbader (Linda); and her siblings-in-law, Roberta and Howard. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
