With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Wallace Edward Jones of Huntsville, Alabama, born in Tarrant, Alabama, who passed away on July 8, 2024 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonidus J. Jones and Beulah L. Jones; his grandfathers, Wallace and Poppy; and his wife Kaye A. Jones.

He is survived by: his children, Vickie Shaw, Jennifer Jones (Don), Jodie Connell (William) and Wallace Jones, II (Deedra); his nieces, Priscilla Pierce (Ronald), Mariana Childree (Michael) and Sherry Gant (Paul); his nephew Peter Allison (Karen); and his brother Lymon Jones (Martha). He is also survived by 23 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
