He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dianne "Dee" Burt Holmes; his daughters, Elizabeth Sumner and Barbara Neumayr; his stepchildren, Stephanie Carr and Michael Burt; his children-in-law, Steven Carr and Jane Burt; and his grandchildren, Liza Sumner, Caitlyn Neumayr, Bailey Carr, Garrett Carr, Davis Carr, Sophia Burt, Holden Fuhrer and Leo Burt.
