She is survived by: her stepchildren, Donald L. Coburn (Karen) of Huntsville, Daniel R. Coburn (Joy) of Middleburg and Susan Coburn Thomas (Dale) of Huntsville; her grandchildren, Christa Austin of Moncks Corner, Dr. Patricia Whooten (Phillip) of Houston, Dr. Ashley Thomas (Marius) of Louisville and Michael Smith of Huntsville; and her great grandchildren, Eli Austin of Moncks Corner, Siena, Philip, Jacob and Mary Whooten of Austin, Texas..
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Home of Willette Coburn Madison County Huntsville.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or the Land Trust of North Alabama.
