He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Elkins and Janie Elkins; and his sister Donna Penley. He is survived by: his wife Virginia; his stepchildren, Patricia Osmer (Danny) and Michael Berryhill (Christy); his grandchildren, Airielle Gregory (Billy), Marcus Berryhill and Jasmin Berryhill; his great grandchildren, Kensley Scott, Keeley Scott and Evie Gregory; and his siblings, Jennifer Elkins, Anthony Elkins (Judy) and Dianna Ferguson (Dale).
