We are sad to announce that on September 5, 2024, at the age of 84, William Holloway Mitchell of Huntsville, Alabama passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of William Holloway Mitchell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Mitchell and Verlene Salter; and his sister Jackie Cox. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Craig (Marla), Kevin (Lisa) and Trent; his grandchildren, Jack, Brooks, Tyler, Preston and Georgie; and his brother Leslie.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Valhalla Funeral Home (698 Winchester Rd NE, Huntsville, AL 35811). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, September 11th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital https://www.stjude.org.
