He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert Howell and Hellon June Howell. He is survived by: his son William Allen Malcolm Howell; his grandchildren, Kayden, Henesy, Averi, Mila and Dayton Howell; his sister Ginger Lawrence; his niece Kandi Fraser; and his nephew Eric Liddie.
